Nolan brings 40 years of experience in real estate, previously serving as CFO at SunCal Companies. He's skilled in financial management and played a key role in growing SunCal's assets significantly.
A fifth-generation hospitality professional with 40 years of experience, Tullos oversees Urbana's hotel operations and growth strategies, having previously worked with Peachtree Hotel Group and Highgate Hotels.

Edward graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2018 and has been in the real estate industry since. Beginning as a commercial broker specializing in office leasing and sale transactions in the Orange County, CA area, he most recently spent time in the private equity sector spearheading a team of acquisition associates in the purchase of over 600 units in the Midwest United States. Since joining the Urbana team in March 2023, Nolan V now leads the funds capital raising efforts, as well as, running point on analyzing and underwriting lodging assets for acquisition. In addition to these efforts, Nolan V maintains trusted relationships with Urbana’s past, present, and future investors, and institutional capital partners.
